Jennifer Martin

Jennifer Martin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2015. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2012 with her family nurse practitioner. Her specialty areas include family practice and pain management. She also teaches primary care and the capstone courses for Chamberlain University’s master’s nurse practitioner program.
John Watson

After earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma, John has been practicing medicine for almost a decade. John is considered a resident expert and certified in Hormone Optimization Therapy and functional medicine, garnering patients from across the state. Formerly one of the lead medical providers at one of Oklahoma’s highest reviewed specialty clinics, John’s background in primary care, along with his expert knowledge and patient care, allow his patients to regain control of their health and improve their quality of life.
Melissa Howe
APRN, FNP-BC

Melissa Howe graduated from Old Dominion University with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science and Nursing from Oral Roberts University in 2017. She worked as an RN for over 6 years including the Cardiac ICU for 4 years before transitioning to her role as a Nurse Practitioner. She passionately practices medicine, both primary care and specializes in hormone replacement and optimization.
Keri Jo Watts
Registered Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist
Keri Jo went to Drumright Central Technology and graduated in 2019 with her Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy license. With 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry, as a Medical Assistant at JW Holland Wellness & Aesthetics, Keri Jo assists in medical procedures, conducting health assessments, and administering wellness injections. Keri Jo enjoys spending time with family, shopping and her two dogs; Wayne and Olive. She also LOVES trying all the things JW Holland Wellness & Aesthetics has to offer. Rebecca LaValley
Registered Nurse Injector, Medical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Specialist
Rebecca LaValley has partnered with the JW Holland team as their Registered Nurse Injector, Medical Aesthetician, and Certified Laser Technician. With over 8 years of experience in the aesthetic field, Rebecca specializes in advanced specialty laser services, result driven medical facial treatments, and the art of facial balancing with cosmetic injectables. She has received degrees and certifications from Clary Sage College (Tulsa, OK), National Laser Institute (Dallas, TX), and nursing school from Oklahoma State University – Institute of Technology.
The unique triple licensing and inside-out approach to treating all layers of the skin sets her apart in the industry. Her focus and dedication is not only to continue her education, but to serve as an educator as Oklahoma’s first SkinPen Microneedling Ambassador and 2023 Sciton Luminary Team Trainer. Her extensive foundation in Aesthetics was recognized in 2023 as being voted as Tulsa’s Best Esthetician finalist through the Tulsa World as well.
Rebecca prides herself on giving safe, yet effective treatments that are custom tailored to her clients needs and desired outcomes. She loves creating “treat to complete” plans by stacking multiple laser therapies in one session along with injectables, medical facial services, skincare, and providing overall client education. Rebecca’s expansive knowledge in the industry, passion, and drive to be a lifelong learner has allowed her to provide outstanding results time and time again!
Lindsey Caple
Registered Nurse Injector
Lindsey is a highly skilled nurse injector with over eight years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. Born and raised in Oklahoma she’s had the opportunity to work in Oklahoma, Texas and Southern California. She specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures and is known for her expertise in using advanced techniques to help clients achieve their desired results.
She has trained with some of the top injectors in the nation and is committed to continuing her education and training in this ever evolving industry. Lindsey is very passionate about and certified in all Sciton lasers. Lindsey possesses a deep understanding of laser technologies and their applications in skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and various other aesthetic treatments. Her proficiency with Sciton lasers allows her to provide customized treatment plans that deliver improved results, ensuring her clients look and feel their best.
