After earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma, John has been practicing medicine for almost a decade. John is considered a resident expert and certified in Hormone Optimization Therapy and functional medicine, garnering patients from across the state. Formerly one of the lead medical providers at one of Oklahoma’s highest reviewed specialty clinics, John’s background in primary care, along with his expert knowledge and patient care, allow his patients to regain control of their health and improve their quality of life.
Melissa Howe

Melissa Howe graduated from Old Dominion University with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science and Nursing from Oral Roberts University in 2017. She worked as an RN for over 6 years including the Cardiac ICU for 4 years before transitioning to her role as a Nurse Practitioner. She passionately practices medicine, both primary care and specializes in hormone replacement and optimization.
Lindsey Caple
Registered Nurse Injector
Lindsey is a highly skilled nurse injector with over eight years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. Born and raised in Oklahoma she’s had the opportunity to work in Oklahoma, Texas and Southern California. She specializes in non-surgical cosmetic procedures and is known for her expertise in using advanced techniques to help clients achieve their desired results.
She has trained with some of the top injectors in the nation and is committed to continuing her education and training in this ever evolving industry. Lindsey is very passionate about and certified in all Sciton lasers. Lindsey possesses a deep understanding of laser technologies and their applications in skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and various other aesthetic treatments. Her proficiency with Sciton lasers allows her to provide customized treatment plans that deliver improved results, ensuring her clients look and feel their best.

Sadie is a vital part of the Functional Medicine team at JW Holland Wellness & Aesthetics, recognized for her precision, warmth, and dedication to patient care. She assists providers with patient consultations, performs injections, supports in-office procedures, and manages lab draws with accuracy and professionalism. Patient Care Coordinator
Sheri serves as the first point of contact for patients at JW Holland Wellness & Aesthetics, helping each guest check in and out smoothly while ensuring appointments and treatment plans stay on track. With more than 20 years of experience in patient service, she brings reliability, consistency, and professionalism to her role. Sheri’s steady presence and attention to detail help maintain an organized flow throughout the clinic and contribute to a positive experience for every guest.

Licensed Aesthetician
Abby is a Licensed Aesthetician at JW Holland Wellness & Aesthetics, dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through customized, results-driven skincare treatments. She specializes in services such as facials, DiamondGlow® infusions, SkinPen® Microneedling, dermaplaning, brow and lash enhancements, and professional skincare consultations. Abby takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming environment where each treatment is tailored to her client’s unique goals, leaving them with refreshed, healthy, and glowing skin.
